Welcome to my country guessing game. The Continents section is a good spot to look through all of the countries in the world, filterable by continent. The Country Guesser page is a simple guessing game based on country flags and population. The Capital Guesser page works the same way, but you have to guess the country's capital city. In the future, more games will be added, such as a population guessing version, and hopefully a few more.
Learning is largely through repetition, and it should be fun. I found that playing games and creating recognizable patterns and associations makes learning not only easier, but more effective and enjoyable. I hope that playing the games on this site are not only fun, but productive towards learning about the countries of the world.
This site is a little unique: it uses zero JavaScript.
Everything is written in plain HTML and CSS,
and it's all handled by a simple Go server. Check it out on

The guessing games on this site use cookies to compare your guess to the question asked, as well as handle user sessions.
In the lastest update to the site, you can now create an account to keep track of your high score. If you check out the Leaderboard page, you can see all of the top players and their scores.
The country data used in this site comes from REST Countries.
